BMW Motorcycles R1250 Series Valve Cover Guards BMW Original Parts
Like the way they look and function. Do not cover too much of the head as some others do. Install was straight forward with all included hardware. Right side required heating of the inner rubber to allow pushing the guard in for holes to line up enough to get the bolts to start. Left side was a breeze, all holes lined up and fit well with no hassle. I’m anticipating that with time all will mold to fit so it will be easy to reinstall after valve check. I’m very happy with these guards.

Great Original Part
Delivered quickly, great service as always from Sierra, I was going on a road trip so I really needed these as an extra safety precaution. Sierra got them to me in super fast time. Quality BMW product as always, relatively easy to fit, like the way they work perfectly with factory engine bars.
No instructions, but there's always U-tube.. Actually very easy to install. 20 Min and I was done. Mine came with 4 plastic buttons that I have No idea what there were for. I think maybe another bike? Overall I like it, should help the radiator from being hit with road debris and since my S1000XR is triple black, I like that you can not see so much aluminum and it looks all black.... Joe
This my third time I have purchased a Billy Tail light. I had them on 2 other BMW’s. In this day and age of distracted drivers you need every advantage as a motorcyclist. This product combined with a cambus electrical distribution accessory like an Xcam or whatever is a necessary item to keep you as safe as possible. The Billy really lights up you tail and I’m sure it’s distracting to the driver behind you especially if you set it up using the California flash cycle. You may wear Hi Vis clothing but I believe this is a cheap and better way to be seen.
