States customer support is their top priority on their site, but there is no customer support. Ordered a visor, and after three weeks of hearing nothing I cancelled the order via email. When that email was not answered I left voice emails and a second email. Then I left a third email saying I would take it up with my credit card. Two months later I received the product, but I've already purchased it elsewhere and don't need it. Waste of my valuable time, and now I need to spend more time getting my $140 back, and they'll probably try and get me to drive to a store to ship it. This is a probably a fake store listing products on their website for sale that they don't actually have possession of, hide behind poor communications, then assume that you'll accept the losses because they make refunds so difficult...Just a guess. PS- The product is fantastic just don't buy it here.
