Sierra BMW placed a permanent adhesive inventory sticker that tears off the bottle labels., non-responsive to my complaint. At $40 bucks with shipping at least let me read my jar of moly.

the product is fine, but had I know that you can't charge the bikes battery from the power port, I wouldn't have purchased it. WTF BMW!!?! Can't charge the battery without REMOVING IT??? That is absurd.
I ordered this item 2.5 weeks ago. It was promptly fulfilled and shipped. However, the USPS hasn’t delivered the item yet. Maybe it’s going by way of Alaska? Who knows. You can’t tell from their tracking.
