When riding on the street without panniers, the cast aluminum housing of your final drive and driveshaft can be at risk for serious damage during a low-side accident. Protect this critical part of your BMW GS's drive-train with an easy to install slider from Touratech. Made specifically for the liquid cooled R1250GS or R1200GS but fitting all water-cooled Boxers, this slider or 'crash bung' creates a barrier between the pavement and your driveshaft in the event of a slide, as well as absorb any extra force with its plastic bumper.

The slider installs in just a few minutes.

Perfect fit and easy installation on a BMW G310R

The handlebar risers come complete with the bolts and nuts in a very impressive cushioned packaging. It may be overkill but since the price is reasonable I consider that a bonus feature. The items are very well machined and finished in a satin texture. Blends perfectly with the bar mounts but better than stock. It is made in Germany, as described. Most parts of the G310R are made in India. Some subtle improvement with the ergonomics of the bike for my physical stature, as expected.
