They discussed options and kept me informed of order status until they were able to ship direct to me. I chose not to have them let the tumbler. Only advice is to have them do it or watch the many YouTube videos that tell you to keep slot 7 empty. The factory instructions were not clear. Overall great experience with the team at Sierra BMW!
The oem rack is very nice and went on without a problem. I was worried because it said it was silver and the picture showed the dark gray or black one but the silver is only a small inset inside the dark frame. Very solid and functional. Needed the rack to install a Givi tail case.
