These bars can also be used in conjunction with other manufacturer’s engine guard bars as well. These bars are constructed of heavy wall (1” X .120” ) steel tubing and TIG welded to 7 ga. cold rolled steel brackets. After shot blasting with stainless steel media, these bars are powder coated for a durable and trouble free finish in Satin Black for a subtle look. Carefully designed to help protect your expensive panniers and mufflers, these minimalist design bars will not interfere with passenger comfort or the clean lines of your K1600 Bagger.

Wrong size washer/poor customer service

Sent me the wrong size washer for the specific model bike the kit is advertised for. Emailed customer service and they never responded.

You need a BMW charger ...

... to charge through the accessory socket. It'll digitally handshake and get the ECU to unlock the socket for ingress. The BMW charger has the BMW male connector already.
