Poor Customer Service

For a company that says "We specialize in CUSTOMER SERVICE.” they definitely dropped the ball on this one. Website did not show anything about not being in stock. I waited a week then asked when the product would be shipped out. I was then told 6-7 more days. A MONTH AND 1 WEEK LATER I asked again and and expressed I was frustrated because there was 0 communication on what was going on. They then magically say it arrived today and will get it shipped out. It sounds like the ball was just dropped on this order and they forgot to ship it out.
