The team at Sierra contacted me immediately upon order to provide clarifying information that I inquired about during order. They discussed options and kept me informed of order status until they were able to ship direct to me. I chose not to have them let the tumbler. Only advice is to have them do it or watch the many YouTube videos that tell you to keep slot 7 empty. The factory instructions were not clear. Overall great experience with the team at Sierra BMW!

Tires arrived in a reasonable time. Date codes of both front and rear tires is mid June 2024 so 9 months old from manufacturer. Not bad. I've received older tires in the past so this is good

Great service

Ordered the gloves as a birthday gift. They arrived on time and the birthday boy was very happy with the gloves.

Tank Bag

I have nothing to compare this tank bag to but it works great. Sprayed it with silicone water-guard that I got at Walmart in the camping section and it beads the water right off. The bag is pricey but when you compare the price with other tank bags its not that much more for what you get.
