Took a month to get the oil change kit and believe it was only shipped after I complained 18 days after order like I was forgotten about.

Overall, the package arrived promptly, however, i only received 3 bottles of oil instead of 4. After contacting customer service, i was sent an extra bottle, however, they sent the wrong viscosity. After contacting them again, ive been given a $10 coupon, but was told they wont replace the missing bottle. Long story short, i ended up buying the missing oil from a different source, not sure if ill ever use them again.
