BMW Motorcycles R1250 Boxer Oil Change Kit

While I enjoy Sierra BMW service, this last order took almost a month to fulfill. When I called, I was told my order was waiting for an o ring to complete the order.

Given that this dealership services bikes every day, I expected o rings to be a stock item. I did receive my complete order, and that is great, but better communication would have been nice!

I usually think twice before ordering my oils online, but the way Sierra guys package the bottles is guaranteed it will make it 100% ok. They surely never disappoint and I will continue buying from them.
