BMW K1600GTL Pillion Passenger Armrest Kit

A very good quality armrest. Thumbs up. I was wondering at the time of my purchase if the left and right template would be included for the required cutouts to plastic cover. Thankfully the templates were included so a bit of a time saver there. That being said, the BMW armrest came as a complete kit; pads, hardware, L&R templates, all included minus any kind of installation instruction. Fortunately, the BMW manual I have has such installation information as torque armrest pad screws, M6 x 16, to 4.5Nm and torque plastic cover to carrier screws, M5 x 10, to 2.5Nm and torque armrest carrier to frame screws, M6 x 16, to 10Nm. There's not much else I can say about the kit -it appears to be an official BMW part (that doesn't mean Made in Austria that means the part didn't come via TEMU), so fitment and color match up to the bike just fine, no fuss. One exception there's a left and right rubber bumper attached to the carrier frame to prevent in chaffing to the bottom of the trunk. I had to remove both bumpers because the bumper thickness doesn't allow me to reinstall the trunk, inadequate clearance and won't allow the trunk to seat into the frame as designed. Overall, I'm very happy with the product and very happy with the ease of install.
